Round corners of the card base, cut a 5 ½” x 1 ½” piece of the black striped paper and punch it with the border punch.
Lightly apply paint dabber to stamp and stamp image on the whole label sheet. Allow to dry. Next, then cut the label sheet into a journal label shape by hand or with a template.
Assemble the border by adding the ric rac on top of the black striped punched paper, and adhere it to card base. Cut a bird from blue patterned paper. Punch a tag from the black striped paper. Create sentiment with the rubons and add it on tag. Add a few pearls to decorate tag. Die cut butterfly and add button with hemp cord tied in the middle.
Assemble card as shown.
