Cut 1-inch strip off of card.
Find or Cut 1/2" x 3" strip of patterned paper scrap & cut a letter from your Cosmo paper (if you used the coordinating side of the paper & find you don't have letters you can use any letter rubs or letters you have on-hand.)
Stitch or adhere strip of paper to front of card. Use a border punch or deco scissors to cut the edge of the card.
Adhere letter to strip of paper & add bling.
