2- Trace & cut cupcake shape using white dotted paper. Cut strip from patterned paper. Fold accordion style & crinkle paper as shown.

 

3- Stamp candle image on patterned paper. Glue to top of cupcake. Embellish cupcake with mini flower sequins.

 

4- Glue patterned paper to the bottom half of the cupcake. Cut off excess paper from the sides.

 

5- Adhere cupcake to craft cardstock and embellish with rub-on sentiments.

Stamp or print information on white cardstock.  Trim to fit, adhere and embellish as desired.
